We are a team of multidisciplinary creative thinkers assembled to create immersive experiences for inspirational destinations. As architects, designers, engineers we partner with our clients to create outstanding, sustainable and exciting projects throughout the world.

OUR SERVICES

Our team posses wide and varied experience the entertainment design arena and has designed and managed many of the most successful and iconic projects in the world. Each member of the core team has at least twenty years of related experience including directly working for Walt Disney or Universal Studios. Our real world knowledge, creativity and innovation coupled with extensive experience in implementation gives us a unique perspective in creating tangible results.

OUR PROCESS

All projects large and small, at Studio O start with the same creative process and enthusiasm for the ultimate goal to produce the best viable solution for the task at hand.

Pre-design strategic and visioning phase

we will initiate high-level blue sky visioning meeting with the client to determine the big picture and the client's goals and constraints. This phase begins as soon as the clients retains Studio O for their project.

Brain-storming concept development phase

Armed with the information gathered from the client we immediately begin on our brain-storming process, with all all the team members to create a vision for the client and their project.

Concept Development/Schematic Design phase

With the client's approval for the project vision, the team embarks on developing the project further which will include storyline, masterplanning and visualisation of key elements of the project. Depending on the level of engagement and scope, the concept phase can be shared with architects, engineers and vendors to develop preliminary cost impacts.

Design Development phase

Studio O will develop and provide necessary information and design details for the local architects, engineers and vendors to develop construction documents for the governmental approval, this level of design is also conducive for scheduling and construction cost estimation study by general contractors.

Construction Document review (optional)

Studio O can guide and review the local architect's work to ensure the the design and creative intention has been followed and adhered to during the construction document phase.

Construction Phase Art Direction

Studio O can also provide design assistance during the construction phase to help maintain the design intent and vision during construction through completion.
